Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ChatFuse business conversational AI platform and related services (the "Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and any applicable Order Forms or Statements of Work (collectively, the "Agreement").

1.2 Authority to Bind
You represent and warrant that you have full corporate power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that the person accepting these Terms has been duly authorized to bind your organization.

1.3 Business Services Only
The Services are designed exclusively for business, government, and institutional use. Consumer use is prohibited. By using the Services, you represent that you are using them solely for business purposes.
